Editing Documentary

This is how we used Adobe Premier to edit our documentary in various ways. This screenshot shows how we inserted graphics to be used within the interviews. This graphic will be used to tell viewers the name of the interviewee and their relevance to the topic being discussed.

This screenshot shows us using the razor tool which enables us to cut sections of the video and audio out so that they can be reordered.

This Screenshot shows the creation of the voiceover montage that introduces the documentary. It shows the different shots we used being placed together as well as the voiceover track being laid on top of it. Also we used the dissolve transition to make the movement between each shot more interesting to watch.

In this screenshot we have shown how we used different cutaways throughout the interviews in the documentary. We used this cutaway of an audience laughing to move away from the gaps between each answer the interviewee was giving.
This screenshot shows the collection of footage we filmed and captured that was used in our documentary. It contains a mix of Archive footage, Actuality footage and audio content such as music tracks and voiceovers.
